Josh Remy

I was born and raised in Waverly, then went away in 1994 for college at Ohio State and didn’t move back until 2015. Melinda and I married in 2001 and have three daughters. My Bachelor’s was in engineering, but I went on to get my M.Div. and Ed.D. from Southern Seminary in Louisville and have worked at multiple churches, mostly in the Columbus area. I enjoy playing sports and board games, woodworking, and hiking. 

I grew up in this church and accepted Christ when I was 7. That took on a whole new meaning in my college years when my faith really became my own. In the twenty years I spent here as a kid and the decade-plus I’ve been back, I have really come to appreciate the servant’s heart of the people here and the fellowship we have across multiple generations. I love continuing their legacy and serving some who served me.
