Friendly People

We are very happy to see you and have lots of people that will say hi, but we also understand that you do not want to be put on the spot. You'll have the option to grab a welcome bag or fill out a CONNECT card, but that is totally up to you.

All Generations

You'll quickly notice a lot of young people and a lot of old people. We like it that way! We value being an intergenerational church because we believe there is a lot to learn from each other.

Modern Music

We sing current worship songs and timeless hymns, all in a more modern style. We like when generations are able to sing together, learning new ways to praise God while cherishing the old ways as well.

Biblical Preaching

Sunday mornings revolve around a message from the Bible. Most of the time, we work our way through a book or section of the Bible verse by verse. Other times, we'll look at a specific topic to see what the Bible says about it.

When to arrive

Worship service starts at 10:30 every Sunday morning. It is best to arrive a little early, especially if you have kids to drop off or a large group that wants to sit together. Services last about an hour, so we are usually out a little after 11:30. You are also welcome to come early at 9:30 and join a number of small groups and Bible studies.

Where to park

Parking and getting into the building can be a little confusing, but we are here to help.

If you are bringing kids to drop off, it is probably easiest to park in the 2nd St lot and enter through the back door under the gray metal awning. Nursery and kids area is straight downstairs.

If you don't have anyone to take downstairs, you can park in any of the 3rd St lots and go to the main entrance in the worship area.

Where to take the kids

During worship service, we have some parents that like to keep their kids with them and some that have the kids go downstairs. We have a nursery and toddlers room for pre-K kids and a Children's Church for K-5th grade where they can be a little rowdier, play games, sing their own music, and have a Bible lesson. If you want to take your kids downstairs, just check in with a volunteer who would be happy to show you around. We do limit access during the services for security, but you can always get to your child and we will let you know if your child needs you.

What to wear

Come as you are. We have people that wear shorts and a t-shirt and we have people that wear their "Sunday best." Most folks are somewhere in between those two extremes, but whatever you feel comfortable in is fine with us.

What happens in the worship service

Our worship services usually consist of an opening song, followed by some announcements about what is going on in our church, prayer, then more music along with a message from the Bible. We usually close with a song or a prayer and once a month, we share in the Lord's Supper together. You can participate as much or as little as you're comfortable.
