Gary Cooper

I have lived in the Waverly area most of my life. My wife, Sharon, and I were married in 1962, and we have four children, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. I have spent my career in the telecommunications industry and currently serve as CEO of Southern Ohio Communications Services. In my free time, I enjoy music, fishing, hunting, landscaping, and other outdoor activities.

I was raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ as my Savior at the age of eight, but rededicated my life to the Lord in 1972. I have been part of One Hope for many years and currently serve as an elder. I have also been involved with Gideons International for more than 50 years. Looking back over my life, I am grateful for God's faithfulness and blessings throughout the journey.
